  garlic chicken


  • cut chicken into 1/2” cubes, shake in seasoning mix to coat. flash fry in 1tbsp olive oil. pour in wine, cover, and boil until dry. (watch this closely... you don’t want to burn this stuff)
  • this dish is prepared as a topping or garnish for various side dishes to turn them into main dishes. suggestions include:
    • caesar salad
    • pasta alfredo
    • rice pilaf
    • cous-cous
  • 1# boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp cheap white wine
